Spello: olive trees and oil celebration

The oldest and memorable celebration of the oil in Umbria this year in Spello celebrates 50 years and 50 events.
From 8 to 11 December, the picturesque medieval village that lies on the southern slopes of Mount Subasio celebrates Spello gold, traditional feast and festival of olive and bruschetta.
“Bruschetterie” and taverns in the historical center, tasting of the new oil in the palace of taste, theme tastings and visits to places of oil production .
And again, set up farm wagons that come from the countryside to the city center festive, themed menus at participating restaurants in ARS TABLE.
To enrich the program of events, there are conferences, exhibitions, music performances, theater and contemporary dance. An escape from everyday life to discover the pleasures of the table, of the nature and tradition.
