The Po Delta is a land shaped by the flow of the river over the years. Among the parks, the Po delta is the largest wetland in Italy, characterized by large expanses of fresh water and brackish lagoons, fishing valleys, rivers, canals and floodplains that open suddenly in the middle the countryside, a place where the boundary between land and water is never well defined but ever-changing and evolving.
